When you capture a task, the email content is sent to AI to extract the action — then immediately discarded. Nothing from your inbox is saved on our servers.
Topolist has no background access to your Gmail. The extension only reads the email you have open at the moment you press ⌥T — nothing else, ever.
The only thing stored is the task itself — title, priority, and your notes. Your workspace is tied to a private key only you control.
